Dan Near earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law in 1992 and has been practicing law for over 25 years.  He also earned an MBA from the University of Texas and a BS in Engineering from Arizona State University.

Scott Near has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement which provides him a wealth of knowledge of investigation practices and the legal system.  He earned a BA in Criminal Justice from Eastern Washington University.
